We are seeking an eager, motivated management trainee to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be given the unique opportunity to gain knowledge and experience required in Digital Marketing under the direction of experienced Senior Project Managers. Comprehensive training will be given to perform duties in several digital marketing services such as Search Engine Optimization, Pay per Click Marketing in Google Ads, Search 360 (DoubleClick), Web Analytics, Project Management, Web Development, Content Management Systems (CMS), bespoke web-based products and client communication management, etc. The ideal candidate will be open to learning all aspects of Digital Marketing / Web and have an opportunity to be promoted to management positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of client projects set by the management
• Report on the progress of project objectives to the senior project managers
• Monitor performance progress with management and trainers
• Learn various functions in the organization, including operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each area of business.
• Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performing tasks
• Provide support as needed in various areas, including reporting, data preparation,creation of presentations and strategic planning

Requirements

• A degree in Marketing / Business Management / Information Technology or an equivalent qualification such as CIM UK or a degree in Mathematics and / or Statistics
• Motivation towards career growth and learning
• Excellent communication skills in English and presentation skills
• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
